Payment in cash, credit card or approved check w/2 forms of proper ID. All sales are final. A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the gavel price as part of the purchase price and a 3% discountwill be given for cash/checks. All items sold as is, where is without guarantees or warranties. All descriptions subject to error and items the day of sale take priority over printed material. Absentee bids are accepted and executed competitively with a 25% deposit. A $35.00 administration fee will be charged to all returned checks. A 6% Maryland sales tax applies to all purchases.
